Upcycled Blazer Spike Hat

This sculptural herringbone hat transforms the anatomy of a classic blazer into an avant-garde headpiece. Each piece is cut and reassembled from vintage wool blazers—deconstructed, pressed, and reformed into an architectural three-point silhouette. The design celebrates traditional tailoring while rejecting conformity, turning discarded suiting into something almost creature-like in form and elegance.

• 12% recycled polyester blend (structural reinforcement from blazer linings)
• 5% cotton interfacing for stability and shape retention
• 5% viscose satin inner binding for comfort and finish

Each hat is hand-cut and panel-stitched, with directional grain matching across the herringbone patterns to retain the essence of classic menswear. The result is a wearable sculpture—crafted entirely from repurposed tailoring, merging sustainability and surrealism in one refined form.
