If your item arrives damaged or requires adjustment, we are pleased to offer complimentary alterations or repairs. Our atelier will assess each request with care. We will cover the cost of return shipping for any approved alteration or repair. Simply contact our client care team within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photographs, and a brief description of the issue.
Once received, our artisans will restore or adjust the piece as needed, ensuring it maintains its integrity and spirit. Because these are hand made, repair timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the work.
